      Over rated for its size with decent NOCT factor under temperature and well made.
      Measured at continues 150mA at short circuit , open circuit voltage 14V and rather close to 2W max. under real conditions.
      Suitable for Lithium chargers of 2-3 Li-Ion in series (max voltage 12,6V with current approximately 110mA ) and definitely not for 12V Pb batteries that require 18V open circuit voltage.
      In fact at this size 2W is the max. power you can get with all similar small panels of good quality.

        It is not IP65 rated. The main connections are not sealed and are exposed under the black plastic frame. These should be coated and sealed to improve outdoor exposure in very heavy rain. Black plastic frame and front glass are secured with hot melt glue dots in each corner that will soften at temperatures over about 85 F (or 29C). I would recommend carefully removing the black frame back and sealing with an RTV silicon caulk around the inside perimeter of the back front black plastic cover to seal and keep the front glass securely in place and over the solder joints with the output connections. Then re-installing the back cover. These steps would bring it closer to IP65 "waterproof". I would not recommend submersion in water - and besides solar gain would be significantly reduced.

        Well,my solar cells are producing only about 2.5 watts (measured .18 amps and 14.33 volts) at connection on back of cells in very bright sunlight. The 22 Ga wires in the power cord wire creates a 4 ohm loss (0.8 watts).
